Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale ("GTC") govern all sales concluded on the AB/BOX website between the seller, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any non-trading natural person making a purchase, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are those appearing on the site, subject to availability. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes and as accurately as possible; slight variations in color or presentation shall not engage the Seller's liability or call into question the validity of the sale.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. Delivery is free with no minimum purchase in the 17 countries served. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 5 – Promotional offer "Buy 2, get the 3rd free"

For every three gift sets added to the basket, the cheapest set is free. The discount is applied automatically in the basket, without a code. The offer is cumulative in increments of three items (for 6 gift sets in the basket, 2 are free). It applies to gift sets in the "Smartwatch Gift Sets" collection, with a choice of models and colors, subject to available stock. The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes and may be modified or interrupted at any time.

Article 6 – Ordering

The Customer selects products, confirms their basket, provides delivery details, and proceeds to payment. The sale is considered concluded upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order of an abnormal or fraudulent nature.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due in full, by credit card or other means offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. The Seller does not have access to any banking data.

Article 8 – Delivery

Orders validated before 3 PM Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. The indicative delivery time is 24 to 72 hours after shipment within mainland France. Deadlines may be extended during peak periods or in the event of an incident beyond the Seller's control. In case of delay, the Customer may contact the Seller, who will do everything possible to resolve the situation; failing delivery within 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund. Article 9 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. The procedures are described in the returns and refunds policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error by the Seller. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product. To facilitate this process, a standard withdrawal form is made available to the Customer in the appendix to these terms and on the Returns and refunds page; its use remains optional, as any unambiguous statement expressing the desire to withdraw is acceptable.

Article 10 – Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In case of a defect, the Customer may request the repair, replacement, or, failing that, a refund of the product.

Article 11 – Liability

The products sold are consumer electronic accessories. They are in no way medical devices: heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep measurements are provided for information only and should not be used as a basis for diagnosis or medical decisions. The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of use not in accordance with the instructions.

Article 12 – Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Article 13 – Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, layout) are protected. Any total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Article 14 – Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact customer service. In the absence of an amicable solution, they may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

Appendix – Standard withdrawal form

Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also send us your decision by simple letter or email without using this template.
