  • Order data: products ordered, amount, purchase history, delivery address, and the short gift note if you write one.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment service providers. We do not store any banking data.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device type, pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Processing and delivering your orders — contract performance.
  • Providing customer service and tracking returns — contract performance.
  • Complying with our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Improving the site and measuring audience — legitimate interest or consent.
  • Sending you marketing offers — consent, revocable at any time.

4. Recipients

Your data is transmitted only to the service providers necessary for the performance of the service: e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment service providers, carriers, email marketing tools, and audience measurement tools. It is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers may be located outside the EU. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

6. Retention Period

  • Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations).
  • Prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.
