Can I mix models and colors?

Yes, absolutely. Example: 1 P9 ULTRA 2 Black set + 1 S2000 PRO Silver set + 1 P9 ULTRA 2 Red set → the third one is free.

What if I order 6 sets?

The offer is cumulative: 6 sets = 2 free sets.

🎨 Colors

What does the color I choose correspond to?

For the P9 ULTRA 2, it corresponds to the color of the wireless headphones: Black or Red. The watch and the 7 straps are identical in both versions.

For the S2000 PRO, it corresponds to the watch case: Black or Silver. The 7 included straps are the same in both versions, except for the confetti strap which matches the watch.

Why is the S2000 PRO box pink?

It is the manufacturer's original packaging, which is identical regardless of the color chosen. Only the watch case changes (Black or Silver).

📦 Ordering and delivery

What are the delivery times?

Your order is shipped the same day (for all orders placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday) and delivered in 24 to 72 hours in mainland France.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Can I track my order?

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Is the watch compatible with my phone?

Yes. Both sets are compatible with iOS and Android. Simply install the free application indicated in the manual and connect the watch via Bluetooth.

Can I make and receive calls from the watch?

Yes, the watch includes a microphone and a speaker: you can answer and make calls directly from your wrist.

Do I receive WhatsApp and Instagram notifications?

Yes: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, and missed calls appear on the watch screen.

What is the battery life?

Several days with normal usage, depending on the intensity of use. The charger is included in the set.

Can I wear it in the shower or at the pool?

The watch is IP67 certified: it is resistant to sweat, rain, and splashes. It is not designed for prolonged swimming or diving.

Are the health measurements reliable?

Heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep are measured for informational purposes only, for wellness use. It is not a medical device: this data should not be used as a basis for a diagnosis.

Are the 7 straps easy to change?

Yes, it uses a clip system: changing them takes a few seconds, with no tools required.

Are the headphones/earbuds included?

Yes. The P9 ULTRA 2 set includes wireless headphones, and the S2000 PRO set includes a pair of wireless earbuds. Each set also contains 7 straps and a charger.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via an SSL encrypted connection. We never have access to your bank details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return my set?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. See our returns policy.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Contact us with a photo within 48 hours of receipt: we will send you a new set or provide a full refund.
