🔄 14 days to change your mind

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

✅ Return conditions

  • The product must be returned complete (watch, headset or earphones, 7 straps, charger, manual).
  • The product must be in its original packaging, in new condition, undamaged and unused beyond what is necessary to try it out.
  • Products offered as part of the "Buy 2, get 1 free" offer must be returned with the paid items if you are returning the entire order. Otherwise, the value of the free product will be deducted from the refund.

📮 How to return a product

  1. Contact us via the contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 24 business hours.
  3. Send the package back, preferably via tracked shipment (keep your proof of postage).

Return shipping costs: except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💶 Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used during the order. You will receive a confirmation email. The time it takes to appear in your account then depends on your bank (generally 2 to 5 business days).

🛠️ Defective, broken or non-compliant product

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete or does not work:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and the packaging.
  • We offer you the choice of: a free exchange or a full refund.
  • In this case, return shipping costs are covered by us.

You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by French law.

❌ Order cancelled before shipment

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can request its cancellation and a full refund by writing to us.

📄 Withdrawal form

You are not obliged to use this: a simple email to contact@abbox20.fr stating your wish to withdraw is sufficient. This template is provided for your convenience if you prefer a formal request.
