🚚 Free delivery in the 17 countries served

Delivery is free with no minimum purchase required in the 17 countries served, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. No shipping fees are added at checkout.

⏱️ Lead times

  • Processing: Same-day shipping for all orders placed before 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday). Weekend orders ship on Monday.
  • Delivery in Metropolitan France: 24 to 72 hours after shipping.
  • Other European countries served: delivery times vary by destination. To find out the estimated delivery time before ordering, contact us at contact@abbox20.fr. For Corsica and overseas territories, please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your area.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

📍 Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated, followed by a tracking number once the package has shipped. This number allows you to follow your delivery in real time.

If you have not received anything after 48 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

📦 Carriers

Your packages are handled by our partner carriers (Colissimo / Mondial Relay / equivalent carrier depending on the region). If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left, and the package will be made available at a pick-up point or post office.

🏠 Delivery address

Please check your address carefully when placing your order. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause a delay or a return of the package. If you notice an error, contact us immediately: we can still change the address as long as the package has not been shipped.

⚠️ Lost or unreceived package

If your package has not arrived within the announced timeframes, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier, and if the package is declared lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
